This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Edenista.

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

We offer worldwide shipping to available destinations.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £15.
